Pink Stripes

A warm day in the city was the best I've had so far this March. With an Anne Taylor top, H&M pants, and my cute little red flats I was ready to go! I also borrowed my mother's watch. My father had gotten it for her a while ago, so with diamonds, gold, and a bunch of sentimental value I was quite carful. Nevertheless, it was a great day, the weather was beautiful, and my fashion was light and simple!

Early Spring

Spring came out of nowhere today! The weather was warm, the sun was out, and I was having a case of spring fever. So, to take advantage of this unexpected weather, I threw on some colorful jeans and cute sandals to fit the day! Not only is this spring about colorful shirts and accessories, but it is also about trending colorful denim as well.  From pinks to blues and reds, this spring has once again proven to be a fun and radiant one!

Green Blouse

The new trend for this spring is all about colors. From pastels to bold neons, it is all about brightening up your wardrobe! There are so many colors to choose from: green, orange, yellow, and blue are just a few, you just have to know how to use them together. For example, my green blouse was quite vibrant, but the addition of my Kate Spade earrings and orange belt really added that much more color and gave the outfit some contrast. So, don't be boring this upcoming spring, go out and throw on some color!

Shopping

I love to go shopping! Some of my favorite stores are Zara, Bloomingdales, and Mac (for cosmetics). My big rule for when I go shopping is to look for quality over quantity. I think it is more important to have one or two things of amazing quality that will last a long time, versus having many things of poor quality that will last only for the season. So, don't be afraid to go into the "pricy" stores, sometimes it pays off. For instance, Zara may have pretty pricy clothing, but more times than not, they have crazy sales that give you their great quality clothing for an amazing price! You just have to be on the constant look-out and do not be afraid to spend a little more for something that you really love and will last for a long time!

Black & White Stripes

With a Zara top, Hollister jeans, and some accessories I have a cute and simple outfit. This is perfect for going to school or out to the mall. Also, the little bit of red really seems to pull the outfit together and make it pop! The red belt brings out the other colors, making it a key piece in my outfit.
